[MC-295652] Top/bottom texture of the Observer hasn't been updated in Texture Update

All the side textures have been updated in the Texture Update minus the top/bottom texture that shares the same texture.

I forgot to add images. Here are two screenshots with oak planks to show the texture with and without the programmer art pack. The arrow on top has been updated but not the texture underneath which should be similar to the top texture of the furnace.
