Enderman texture hasn't been updated in Texture Update

How is this a request? Where is the statment from Mojang that they won’t update the Enderman’s texture like they did for the creeper’s and the blocks from the Color Update? This is clearly a bug.

I repeat, how is this not a bug?

Among other entities, none of the mobs from the end dimension received texture updates, this lack of change doesn’t really describe an inconsistency or gameplay issue. If you have ideas or wishes for specific mobs to be updated, please use the feedback site.
