Leaf litter can generate inside of woodland mansions

Leaf litter can generate inside of woodland mansions (and possibly other surface structures too, should other such structures be added to a regular or dark forest via datapack- I have not tested this myself).

Although this issue mainly affects the bottom floor of the mansion, all areas are theoretically suceptible, depending on the surface terrain. The second screenshot shows some leaves on top of a large bed on the third floor of a mansion in an amplified world.

To reproduce, simply locate a mansion and go into spectator mode. Search for areas where blocks in the mansion with a full top face are near the same level as the surrounding terrain.
