Smoker is not attached to fence in snowy village butcher house

Usually, the fence is meant to be attached to the smoker, but it isn’t. This is the case in every snowy butcher shop structure.

To Reproduce:

1. Create a new world with seed: 6839161054487471859

2. Type this command to teleport: /execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @s 13280.49 120.00 4461.65 -528.74 17.85

3. Observe the state of fence just behind the smoker.
