After updating to Minecraft 1.21.5, I encountered a weird and annoying glitch of some sort; most of the mobs are stuck with their eyes closed.

I've updated to Minecraft 1.21.5 and while it adds some pretty cool new things I've already noticed a bug that really annoys me; for some reason most of the mobs are stuck with their eyes closed, I’ve tried restarting Minecraft and the Minecraft Launcher but it hasn’t fixed the problem. Is anyone else having this problem?
