Potion Effects causing graphical glitch in Inventory screen

When a potion effect banner is active in the inventory, the inventory moves over to accommodate, as usual.(Picture 1) But once the potion effect runs out, the inventory does not move back over (Picture 2) until the inventory is exited and reopened. (Picture 3)
