What I see:
Sometimes, when I open my inventory while playing on a private world, my game will appear to freeze. I am stuck seeing a single frame that should have passed, but it is all I see. I can open the menu and still walk around in the game and hear sounds in the game, but I can still only see the same frame the whole time. The only way to solve this is to close Minecraft and re-open it, which is very annoying because it takes at least three minutes to do so for my computer. Note that this bug doesn’t always happen when I open my inventory, just little times.

According to the screenshot you have provided, you are using an Intel® Celeron® Processor N5095. The latest graphics driver available for this device is version 31.0.101.2135, but you seem to be using version 31.0.101.1999.
