Hi, i recently redeemed a cape code (i did this last night).
I did not receive the cape. I still have the code but it says ‘already redeemed’ when i enter it.
I am aware that it may take some time to show but i thought it would be resolved overnight.
Is there a way to ensure I will receive the cape? (It was the TikTok cape)
Also, I lost my my old Mojang account unfortunately so I was unable to get the migrator cape like i wanted, but I was wondering if there is any way to still get that? I used to have Minecraft, then took a break for a while, then I came back and everything was migrated, I had missed the deadline, and my account was deleted (so I had to purchase Minecraft a second time). I absolutely would have migrated had I been aware, but I am wondering if there is any way to get the migrator cape anyway. The main concern is the missing cape issue, but I figured I’d list this here too.
