I reedem my cape 3 days ago but my cape doesn't showing in Minecraft.net it only shows in Minecraft bedrock edition, if I want to play in java and claim my cape then how I gonna claim it? I want you to fix this problem as soon as possible.

Have you tried logging in the minecraft launcher and see if it appears there?

the problem is you're on the Java skins page that cape I think is bedrock exclusive
