(Parity issue) Ghasts' eyes and mouth don't glow

The bug:

In java edition, ghasts’ eyes do not glow.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Spawn a ghast in dark place.

2.Set the game mode to survival mode.

3.Have a ghast attack.

Observed Behavior:

When ghasts attack, their red eyes and mouth glow like Bedrock edition.

Expected Behavior:

When ghasts attack, their red eyes would not glow.
