Happy ghasts aren’t affected by potions thrown on their heads.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Summon a happy ghast and obtain a splash potion of harming.

  2. Throw the potion on top of the happy ghast’s head.

Observed Behavior:

Happy ghasts aren’t affected by potions thrown on their heads.

Expected Behavior:

Happy ghasts would be affected by potions thrown on their heads.
