As the title say, a spectator on top of a happy ghast with an harness make it stop moving.
How to reproduce :
1. Spawn a happy ghast and give him an harness
2. go in spectator
3. Go on top of the happy ghast
4. Note how the happy ghast don’t move, even if you are on spectator.
Expected results :
The Happy ghast ignore the player and continue moving
Observed results :
The Happy Ghast stops moving
