Right-clicking a happy ghast equipped with a harness while crouching will play hand animation

The player can right click (playing the hand-animation) a happy ghast when it has a harness. The right click action does not do anything, so it should not play. This behavior would be consistent with other saddleable mobs like pigs.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Spawn a happy ghast

2. Harness it

3. Right click it while crouching (easiest while standing on top of it)
