Buttons in the experiments menu work improperly when the scroll bar is present while using small resolutions

The Bug:

Buttons in the experiments menu work improperly when the scroll bar is present while using small resolutions.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Begin creating a new world and click on the “Experiments” button.

2. Make your game window small enough so that a scroll bar appears.

3. Use the scroll bar to scroll down to the bottom of the list.

4. Attempt to toggle the villager trade rebalance button.

Observed Behavior:

The button doesn’t function and/or other buttons get toggled.

Expected Behavior:

The button would function correctly and be toggled upon being clicked on.
