When riding a Happy Ghast close to the ground during flight，the game plays footstep sounds.
Bug reproduction steps:
Spawn a Happy Ghast in a world and place a harness on it;
Angle the camera forward and downward while flying close to the ground, and you will hear the footstep sounds.
This is likely a bug since flying creatures should not have footstep sounds during flight.
