Waypoints Do Not Show Unless Entity Is Loaded

A waypoint attached to an entity will not show unless the chunk the entity is in is loaded.

To reproduce, make sure you have a world with the “Locator Bar” experiment enabled. Place a sheep in a hole (Make sure it’s not at world spawn), and type /attribute @n[type=minecraft:sheep] minecraft:waypoint_transmit_range base set 60000000 and move away a couple hundred blocks. You will notice the Locator Bar will disappear, and be replaced with the EXP bar.

Go back to the sheep, and make an Ender Pearl chunk loader in the same chunk as the sheep, and move away a couple hundred blocks. You will notice that the Locator Bar will stay connected to that sheep.

The potion arrow cannot be rendered properly in the backpack.

Imo this isn’t a bug.
Otherwise all saved entities would have to be checked for waypoints, even in unloaded chunks
