Piston Does Not Retract / Is Powered Through Air

When a redstone block is actuated by a sticky piston, activating a normal piston below it, the lower piston remains extended even when the redstone block has moved away. Breaking the redstone block keeps the lower piston extended until a block updates near the lower piston. Breaking the block below or placing a block next to the lower piston in this state causes it to retract. Placing the redstone block back 2 blocks above the lower piston does not impact the lower piston until a block is placed or broken next to the lower piston, at which point it extends again. Tested on public server and private world in both creative and survival modes. Other redstone components, such as lamps and rails, are not impacted.
