As of 1.21.4, explosions (from wind charges, TNT, etc.) no longer affect the trajectory of wind charge projectiles. The first attached video demonstrates the correct behavior of wind charge projectiles (in 1.21.3). The second video shows that wind charge projectiles are no longer affected by explosions (in 1.21.4+). Other projectiles such as fireballs are still affected by explosions in 1.21.4+.
The third video just shows part of a parkour build in which this mechanic is used, which no longer functions in 1.21.4+. It took me over four years to create the map, and I am waiting for a fix to this small section before releasing it, so I hope this bug can be somewhat prioritized.
