There seems to be a bug regarding the enchantment glint of golden helmets and fishing rods.
When I found a golden helmet in a ruined portal chest (in survival), a helmet which had no enchantments looked enchanted.
Later, when I crafted a fishing rod, it looked normal at first. However, when I fished up an enchanted fishing rod (unbreaking 3), my old fishing rod suddenly looked enchanted.
In creative, both the helmet and the rod looks enchanted… I just checked again and the leather tunic also looks enchanted. And then suddenly, they all looked normal.

We are tracking this issue in MC-296367, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.
That ticket has already been resolved as Fixed. Please check the Fix Version/s field of that ticket to see in which version this behavior was or will be fixed.
