`Ominous vaults spawned with debug_stick cannot be opened`

In this version, using debug_stick to modify the vault's tag into an ominous vault triggers the achievement with an ominous trial key, but prevents it from being opened for rewards. Using a regular trial key opens it and changes its texture to a normal vault.
