I’ve been playing around with a happy ghast, then I tried to splash it with swiftness, but nothing happened, then I tried
/effect give @n[type=happy_ghast] minecraft:swiftness infinite 8
and
/effect give [happy ghast hex code] minecraft:swiftness infinite 8
, nothing worked, I tried it on a pig to see if this is a global bug for 25w15a, it worked on the pig, this problem may be because the happy ghast is flying, if it is, then try to create an exception for happy ghasts for make potions work on them, I don’t know if this problems persists on normal ghasts too or not.
Environment
A happy ghast in the overworld in the open, tried using every Java method I could think of to provide the happy ghast with speed without tick speed.

Does this only affect the swiftness effect?
