Compared to 1.21.4, the “Welcome to Minecraft” screen is missing its fade out and panorama movement.
On closer inspection, the missing fade out was introduced at the same time as MC-295677 while the missing panorama movement is new with 25w16a.

GPU: Nvidia RTX 3060 (Driver version: 572.83)
