As you can see in the video, I go to towards to slabs. My hit-box should stop me from moving, however I clip through the slabs and can boat around freely.
I do have mods on, however none of them should have anything to do with hit-boxes
Environment
This was made in a third party multiplayer server. I don't have every detail because I do not own it, however it is not just a one person issue, have noticed multiple people have had this problem.

That ticket has already been resolved as Works As Intended, which means this is not considered a bug and will not be fixed. Please do not leave a comment on the linked ticket.
Additionally, your game, launcher, or server is modified. Please only report issues that you have verified to be present in a vanilla environment.
