When a pig [entity] with the NBT tag "NoAI": true
is suspended in the air, attaching another entity to it via a leash causes unexpected physics behavior. The leash is automatically pulled in a seemingly incorrect direction, and the exact origin point of the pull is unclear.
Steps to Reproduce:
First, summon a pig with
"NoAI": true
at a high position using the command:/summon minecraft:pig ~ ~ ~ {NoAI: true}
On the ground, leash a second pig without any special NBT tags
Bring the leashed pig into the air and use Shift + right-click to attach it to the floating
"NoAI"
pigWhile in mid-air, push the regular pig — it will begin to move in a way that defies expected physics, including hovering and other strange effects
Observed Result:
Once the leashed regular pig is attached to the "NoAI"
pig in mid-air, the following abnormal behaviors occur:
The leash appears to pull automatically in an unclear direction, which often does not match the actual position of the
"NoAI"
pigThe regular pig exhibits hovering, floating, or jittering movements inconsistent with expected entity physics
Additional Notes:
It is also possible to indirectly control the position of the regular pigs by leashing the "NoAI"
pig and then moving the player. The leashed regular pigs will follow the position of the "NoAI"
pig, which itself remains immobile, resulting in them being pulled in unintended ways.
