How to reproduce

  1. Get or grow Happy Ghast.

  2. Give Happy Ghast speed potion.

  3. If you dont like 2nd step, try this command: /effect give [id of Happy Ghast] speed infinite [amplifier, recomend 5], prees Enter and…

  4. Volia! You see that Happy Ghast have speed effect, but it doesn’t boosted

speed effect doesn’t work on normal ghast either

I will do a couple of tests and will get back to you with an answer shortly! :)

I don’t believe the speed effect works on ghasts due to them being a flight mob.

@Rite Lefort it depends on mob, speed effect doesn’t work for parrot and vex, but for blaze and phantom (i think) works normally
