[MC-297140] Turtle walking animation bugs out when turtle is pushed

Steps to Reproduce:

Find turtle
Push turtle

Expected Result:

Turtle plays walking animation at normal speed (like every other mod when pushed).

Actual Result:

Turtle plays walking animation at extreme speed, waving its fins wildly.

The Environment field is supposed to only contain PC details.
