The horse is facing the wrong direction when moving in a straight line, found this when making a horse racing build, thought i might share.
Environment
Minecart with pig inside, horse leashed to pig, minecart "powered rails" in a long and straight line.

Please let me know if this issue is still happening for you in Minecraft 1.21.6. If you reply, the ticket will automatically reopen and I’ll be happy to take another look.
I can see how Downloadd might not have been able to replicate it since it only happens sometimes (i don't know why). I'm playing on 1.21.6 right now and it happened on the 3rd rail run I did.

After consideration, the issue is being closed as Won't Fix.
Please note that this is not the same as Working as Intended, as this bug report correctly describes behavior in the game that might not be the intended or desirable behavior, but it will not be fixed right now. Sometimes, this is because the issue reported is minor and/or impossible to change without large architectural changes to the code base.
