/place structure can't place some structure in Super Flat. For example, mansion can’t place out of Dark Forest and Pale Garden. End City can’t place out of End Barrens, End Highlands, End Midlands. Ocean Monument can’t place out of Deep Ocean.

Create a Super Flat World
Run these commands
/place structure mansion
/place structure end_city
/place structure ocean_monument
Observed Results
/place structure can't place some structure in Super Flat.
