[MC-297376] There are no item form for Partially Hydrated, Mostly Hydrated & Hydrated ghast block

As written in the title, there is no item form for Partially Hydrated, Mostly Hydrated & Hydrated Ghast blocks and and after they are broken, they all become Dried Ghasts, regardless of the what they were when broke.

Furthermore, the behavior of dried ghasts reverting their hydration block state when broken is intentional. Please refer to the 25w15a changelog, which is quoted below.

Dried Ghast block
If mined during the waterlogging, it will revert to its “dry” state regardless of what state it has reached during waterlogging
