When getting teleported through an end gateway the purple beam is sometimes not shown

When an entity gets teleported through an end gateway block, the purple beam is not shown if it entered through the north or west

This does not happen in Bedrock Edition

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go into a new world

2. Enter the end

3. Kill the Ender Dragon

4. Search for an end gateway

5. Spawn a small entity, e.g. A Silverfish and hit it through the end gateway on all four sides, make sure the silverfish didn’t move by itself

6. Only the ones that were hit south or east inward towards the end gateway make it beam

Expected Result:

The End Gateway beams when an entity enters in any cardinal direction

Actual Result:

The End Gateway beams only when an entity is teleported through the part of the end gateway block that is facing south or east inward
