[MC-297554] First time tutorial toasts can render over the options menu

The toast menus (such as the tutorial messages) render over the menu and cover your options, which is quite annoying.

I cannot reproduce this issue in 25w21a with a max GUI scale, even when rescaling the window size. The toast appears in the top right, away from buttons.
