25w19a server jar boots into 1.21.5 pre release 1 version server

I downloaded the cross-platform server.jar from the 25w19a update post and updated my server folder from the previous snapshot version in the same way I had done previously with new snapshot versions, but when the server launches using a .bat with java -Xmx8G -Xms4G -jar server.jar --nogui it reports that it is running version 1.25.1 pre1 and I cannot connect to it from the latest snapshot 25w19a in Minecraft because it thinks it is the wrong version.

I leave just “world” and “versions” folders and delete all other relevant files before launching the new server.jar version when I update snapshot versions like this for my local server. Im hoping this is just a case of the wrong .jar being linked on the website?
