Everytime I want to jump in minecraft on my laptop, it does not want to jump and will only jump when I do not move, but when i change the setting to button 1 it will but I do not want that and want to be able to use my space bar. please let me know how to fix this or can you fix it for me please and thank you and i hope to hear from you soon.

if it didn't work
You can go to the keyboard settings menu and disable sticky keys, toggle keys, filter keys and try again.
Please try the aforementioned suggestions and get back to us if you still cannot solve the issue.
I suspect this may be a hardware issue.

I went ahead and did both of these but they did not work for either and I even reset the game and I still have issues
I too suspect this is a hardware issue, namely a severe case of key jamming which is probably caused by a manufacturing deficiency. Please verify that you can move and press the space bar in other games. Here is a simple example using a browser game:
Click this link
Click Play
When prompted to log into Armor Games, click the X in the top right
Click through the character creation screen, leaving everything as default (if in the future you ever want to actually play the game, you can use an Armor Games account, you will start from scratch)
Click Play and play the first level of the human campaign
Once you’re in the level, verify that you can jump using the space bar while moving around the starting area with W, A and D (pressing W will also make you jump, but try pressing space while still holding W once you have landed)

Hi, you can try turning off the automatic jumping option in the settings.
