Blazes inside of Cauldrons filled with water do not take damage

Normally in Minecraft, Blazes should take damage if they are touching any water source. However, i noticed that, when a Blaze is inside a Cauldron filled with water (and i guess Powdered Snow), the Blaze does not take damage, despite clearly fitting inside the cauldron. It would make sense that a cauldron filled with water would damage Blazes, no?

I’m not sure if this is truly a “bug”, but considering the behavior blazes typically have with water, it will be up to the Mojang devs to decide if its intentional or not.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Get a cauldron, water, and Blaze spawn egg
2) Place cauldron, and put the water inside the cauldron
3) Spawn the blaze on the cauldron
