My tamed pets are not standing up. Even when I place a water block, they remain seated when they move to a non water block. Giving food would not make them stand up as well, including lead.

Sorry, but he's not your dog anymore. This issue occurs if you've changed the world version, or are playing a copy of the world, or your player data has changed.
