I opened up a random world on creative to check the new shapshot out and the sky is flickering black and normal for some reason. It occurs in the creative mode and when opening up the system settings, but not when you pause the game. It also goes away when you hide your hotbar from F1 for some reason. While I do have mods on this computer for Minecraft, one specifically for clouds as well, I wasn’t using them and just opened up the newest shapshot. It also stayed when I left the world and reentered it. While writing this I pressed F1 a few times to hide my hotbar and it went away, but I changed gamemodes and it came right back!
