Mycelium spreads in the dirt block with Data ID of 1
Grass does not spread on it, But Mycelium does.

Confirmed.

But, I tested again on 13w38c, it is fixed, I think it is fixed from an older version too, But not exactly sure what version.

Was fixed in 13w37a, but can only set 13w38a as oldest version.
