Endermen don't necessarily drop their held block

When summoning endermen to hold blocks they cannot normally hold, killing them seems to not necessarily drop the block in their hand, instead reverting to whatever that block would have dropped had it been mined with a silk touch pickaxe. Examples being blocks like suspicious sand and gravel, as well as bedrock not dropping anything, potted plants dropping a pot and a plant seperately and infested stone dropping regular stone
