Water drips from snow covered blocks
Steps to reproduce:
Go to a high elevation, like a mountain with snow on it.
Find some trees with leaves and snow on top.
Make it snow (
toggledownfall)If the leaves are 1 layer (just easier to see) then you can see water drip from them.
I expected no water dripping if it's snowing at that level.

I remember looking at the code in 1.5.2 for leaves for a mod, and I remember seeing code about downfall passing though leaves, and I don't remember there being any mention of snow. Just trying to help.
