Block ID 95 crashes java.exe

When placing/moving the block id: 95 to eye level of player minecraft will crash as well as java.exe

how to replicate this:

1) lauch Minecraft.
2) start game with op (single player or muiltplayer)
3) /give james137137 95
4) setup redstone as below (or use some block placing mod/plugin, but is not needed)
5) push block toward player until player is in the block (like suffocation)
