Not signed Books and Quills with an overflowing new line at the bottom do not depict the pages' contents

Bug reproduction:

1. Create a world on 1.19.n version or any higher stable one with creative game mode on;

2. Fill the page of the Book and Quill, make sure to add new lines until it overflows to the same line as the page buttons

3. Now enter the same world on 25w19a or 25w20a. The absence of text on some pages in the books and quills or depiction of previous page’s content while flipping through pages to the end of book and showing the next page’s content while turning pages to the beginning of book shall be observed.

Expected behaviour:

Text should and shall be seen in the book and quill despite the version, place of storage, signedness and other circumstances

Actual result:

Some pages' content is not seen as if it wasn’t there at all

A bit of explanation for snapshots attached:

First three of them show places of the books, second seven show contents of books on 1.21.5 version (which is about flowers for suspicious stews and blocks digested by sculk catalyst), third is for making sure that the rest of photos take place on the newest snapshot, and the rest show the bug itself
