When leaving a Singleplayer world from the custom screen info screen and quickly navigating back to the Singleplayer world list, the world that was just left is not listed. If you join any of the worlds that are listed, the pause menu suggests that you are playing Multiplayer. If you then leave that world, a black screen is shown instead of the saving world screen and you are taken to the Multiplayer server list.
Steps to reproduce
Join a Singleplayer world.
Run the following command to display a build-in dialog.
/dialog show @s minecraft:custom_options
Click on the warning button to open the custom screen info screen.
Click on the disconnect button to leave the world.
Quickly navigate back to the Singleplayer world list.
→ ❌ The world that was just left will not be listed.Quickly join any other world that is listed.
Press
Esc
to pause the game.
→ ❌ The pause menu and some options will suggest that you are playing Multiplayer.Click on the disconnect button to leave the world.
→ ❌ A black screen will be shown instead of the saving world screen.
→ ❌ You will be taken to the Multiplayer server list.
