When I log into my server at the spawn I get a Exception in world tick java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException
Only happens at my server's spawn point.
I removed my inventory and moved my character to another world.
everything is fine there.

Based on a crash report provided in this issue, I believe with high certainty that this report may be a duplicate of MC-2966. If I am wrong, please go yell at Dinnerbone.
Possible duplicate of MC-2956, though the crash reports are a tiny bit different...
You say you moved your character to another world. Are you using Bukkit, or vanilla?
