I try to finish building my mob xp farm, and press W let go, then continues to walk, my keys were not sticky or the on sticky mods either.

Please provide a video of this issue occurring with your F3 screen open. I am inclined to believe that this issue is a hardware issue (your keyboard) and not an issue with the game, as I cannot reproduce it.
