Player fall damage is not reduced when riding a horse, including extra fall damage from pointed dripstone.

Steps to reproduce:
Tame a horse, then ride it while falling over 6 blocks. This also applies to other rideable mobs that have their fall damage calculations start after a 6 block fall.

Expected result:
The player takes less damage than they would falling from the same height while not riding a horse

Actual result:
Player takes full fall damage, including extra damage caused by pointed dripstone.
