The proper GUI Scale options aren't shown after enabling fullscreen mode

When I launch Minecraft in a low window size (such as 854×480) and try to change the GUI Scale setting, it will show me three options: 1, 2, and Auto. But when I enable fullscreen mode or change the window size after that, the options aren't automatically adapted.

For example, when I change the window size to 3840×2160, the correct options I expect are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and Auto. But in fact the options don't change; it's still 1, 2, and Auto. I have to exit the Video Settings interface and enter it again to let the GUI Scale setting show the correct options.
