Firework rockets used to boost elytra flight stop boosting and fly outwards when logging in and out.

Upon using a firework rocket of any flight duration or regardless of the presence of a firework star stop boosting the player and fly outward in an arbitrary direction when logging in and out. The path the firework flies outward is related in some way to where the player was looking before logging out of the game but I am not sure what as it curves sometimes up, down, left, right, and even flies forward regardless of where the player looks after after logging back in. To be clear this is not a bug report on the loss of momentum upon logging in and out as in MC-195116, this is explicitly for the behavior of rockets boosting a player detaching from them and jetting outwards in a random forward curved direction when logging out and in.

Steps to Reproduce the issue

  • Join or create any world type.

  • Be in either Survival, Adventure, or Creative mode.

  • Equip an elytra and give yourself any firework.

  • Double jump to flying mode and use a firework rocket to propel yourself.

  • Before the end of the boost duration pause the game, log out, and then at any time log back into the world.

The firework should no longer be boosting the player and fly out forwards from the player in some sort of curved trajectory.

Expected Result:
The firework rocket continues boosting the player for the rest of its boost duration after logging back in.

Actual Result:
The firework rocket flies outward from the player in a curved trajectory from where the player was looking

The videos attached are an unscientific demonstration of this effect but show it occurring in survival, adventure, and creative mode with all 3 types of flight duration rockets and a flight duration 1 firework rocket with a firework star. The first video contains only the survival world test with the other containing a creative and adventure mode test. I am logging in and logging out rather rapidly during this videos so I apologize if its an unpleasant viewing experience.
