I have tried to change my skin for 2 weeks to a custom one, and I always get the same default skin.
I looked over internet and I have to wait, well I waited 2 weeks and tried several times to change it as seen in this video

I have used the oficial launcher too to change the skin as seen in the video. it is defaulting no matter what I change to the one in the mojang site
Everything is working well for me, maybe you should try changing the skin on the site through another device, such as a phone?
but maybe you can name some approximate reasons? And I'll try to figure them out and give you an answer.
I tried again to update the launcher and it always defaults to the skin you see is in mojang in the video I shared, not the one I upload to the launcher or to mojang or anything else
I believe the aproximate issue here is that it is defaulting to the mojang page default skin, and no matter where I change it it still remains wihtout change

Hi! I think you have problems with the Internet, maybe you can change the skin using the official launcher of the game.
If you don't know how to do it:
[media]Launch the launcher and go to the java minecraft section.
After that, the "Skins" tab will appear on top, go to it and successfully change the skin.
