The bug
Standing in front of or directly above a dispenser makes the player immune to arrows and potions, as they phase through the player's hitbox without causing any effect. This is possibly related to the accuracy changes.
Steps to reproduce
Stand on top of a dispenser, or place it in front of you and stand in the block in front of it without letting your hitbox on the other block.
Load the dispenser with arrows.
