[MC-298889] Rockets save the boost if you touch the ground fast enough

when rocketboosting, touch the ground before the sound dissapears and then quickly activate your elytra again, it will then use a rocket without using a rocket

turbo, again, having shaders installed does not make this a modded experience..

And wow, why is this such a long lasting issue, that seems pretty simple to fix no? His ticket also shouldnt say resolved if its still a problem today
